The Manager of IT Security is responsible for managing the organization’s information security strategy in close collaboration with our CISO and ensuring the protection of information assets against internal and external threats. Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement in conjunction with the CISO, a comprehensive information     security strategy aligned with the organization's goals.

Wellness Associate

Job Summary:

NourishedRx, a growing healthcare business headquartered in Connecticut, is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Wellness Associate. NourishedRx partners with health plans to offer a food-as-medicine program geared to foster lasting dietary change and improved health outcomes for people who are chronically ill or have diet sensitive conditions. We need an enthusiastic and empathetic individual who can listen to member issues and problem solve. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong interest in customer success or user experience. NourishedRx will train the candidate in company policies, product knowledge and various software platforms that will be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to members.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver above-and-beyond member service through phone, text and email regarding program enrollment, meal deliveries and any real-time issues that may arise.

Coordinate with NourishedRx Registered Dietitians to ensure members receive the best possible personalized interaction.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with members to establish a positive rapport with every member and food vendor.

Utilize and master our internal platform/app to deliver exceptional service while meeting company quality standards efficiently, effectively, and consistently.

Provide seamless support between multiple communication channels: including phone, text, email, and web platform/app.

NourishedRx is looking for candidates who possess the following skills, experience, or characteristics:

NourishedRx is seeking applicants to work on a contracted basis for an average of 25 to 40 hours per week.

Registered Dietitian

NourishedRx, a growing healthcare business headquartered in Connecticut, is looking for skilled Registered Dietitians. NourishedRx partners with hospitals and health plans to offer a food-is-medicine program in order to foster lasting dietary change and improved health outcomes for people with chronic illness and/or diet-sensitive health conditions. Registered Dietitians will advise and counsel members on food and nutrition. They will interact with members to explain the program, assess their dietary and health needs and develop meal plans for them.  They will gauge the effects of these meal plans on each member, promote nutrition education through Project Well’s Outreach platform, and keep abreast of the latest research in nutritional and food sciences. They will coordinate with Outreach Associates on meal deliveries with vendors and educate members on nutrition issues.

The Role: 

A Registered Dietitian for NourishedRx will:

• Evaluate meals and meal plans from 3rd party food vendors.
• Develop appropriately tailored meal programs for diet-sensitive health conditions and manage member meal programs. 
• Develop up-to-date, evidence-based nutrition education and outreach materials. 
• Counsel and educate program members with diet-sensitive health conditions.
  
  

Experience / Skills:

NourishedRx is looking for Registered Dietitians who possess the following credentials and skills:

• Proof of a current RD or RDN credential throughout tenure with Project Well 
• Proof of liability insurance
• Effective communication skills
• Active listening and motivational interviewing skills
• Strong coordination and logistics skills 
• Effective logic, reasoning and critical thinking skills
• Effective writing and speaking skills
• The ability to identify and solve complex problems
• Comfort working with multiple software platforms
