No, there is no cost to you. This program is fully covered as part of your Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina plan, no copays, no fees, and no surprise bills.

To verify your eligibility, you will be required to provide your name, date of birth and health plan Member ID. You will also be required to provide valid contact information.

You will receive your healthy home-delivered food after completing your intake assessment. You will receive order and delivery notifications for your food order.

No, but you’ll be able to share your input and feedback on the food you receive, and your nutrition coach will use that to carefully select balanced, nutrient-rich groceries for you.

NourishedRx partners with a variety of food suppliers, including national and local suppliers, to deliver healthy groceries.

You will receive food order and delivery notifications through email, text, phone - whichever you prefer. We recommend providing your email to make sure you get updates quickly and easily.

You can only participate one time in a benefit year. Once you complete the program, you will have to wait until the next year to re-enroll.
