Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with entrepreneurial ambition and a passion for impacting health and health equity. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring NourishedRx customers achieve their desired outcomes and have an exceptional experience with the NourishedRx team and solution. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in addressing nutrition insecurity and diet-related disease in the context of healthcare, be able to identify and address customer pain points, and be able to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction. The Customer Success Manager will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and will work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams to incorporate the voice of the customer in organizational strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the NourishedRx customer lifecycle including implementation, program and account management, invoicing, and renewal/expansion.
• Manage source of truth documentation of customer requirements.
• Lead recurring status meetings and quarterly and annual business reviews with key customer stakeholders, including development of reports/presentations.
• Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships with key customer stakeholders by becoming a trusted expert and advisor in managing the NourishedRx solution. 
• Develop and iterate on project plans and success plans for customers aligned to their key objectives and success metrics to ensure long-term customer success.
• Partner cross-functionally across NourishedRx on behalf of your customer to ensure their success.
• Solicit and synthesize customer feedback on a regular basis to serve as the voice of the customer within NourishedRx.
• Analyze data to identify areas of strength and opportunity as it relates to customer success.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
• Track and measure customer success metrics and other SLAs.
• Provide training and support to customers.
• Manage customer escalations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working directly with customers (account management, customer success, consulting, or a related field)
• 3+ years of experience working in healthcare (working with health plans preferred)
• Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in addressing nutrition insecurity and diet-related disease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical ability to leverage data to generate insights, guide decisions and make recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple competing projects and tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability and willingness to navigate ambiguity
• Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Program Manager for implementation and ongoing management of the NourishedRx programs.  The role will report into the VP of Operations and will be responsible for successful delivery of NourishedRx programs to defined KPI’s and SLA’s. This role requires a proactive leader who can deliver above-and-beyond member service with emphasis on complex cases/triage members and cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Leadership:

• Master and maintain up to date program procedures and workflows to consistently deliver exceptional service to members.
• In collaboration with the Wellness Associates and clinical operations team, coordinate day-to-day operational logistics and data requirements with the identified Payer team member(s) where appropriate/as needed. 
• Master internal backend systems to efficiently, effectively deliver exceptional service to members and improve scalability of operations.
  
• Guide program clinical team on system best-practices and constantly seek out tech efficiencies, ensuring methodical and timely tech support requests, UAT, and updates on internal technology releases.
• Guide and encourage member adoption of NRx Member App/Payer app, web-based links, emails, and text, to support scale where possible.
• Meet weekly with the Director of Clinical Services and/or VP of Operations to review KPI’s, weekly metrics, issues and concerns, and escalate and identify further actions.
• Provide information for forecasts/budgets and review food spend, working with the VP of Food Partnerships to help ensure total spend does not exceed program budget, as required

Performance Monitoring:

• Coordinate daily with the clinical operations team to ensure members receive the best program experience, as per the clinical team workflow - meeting member contact/engagement and other metrics as laid out in KPI’s and escalating concerns to the Director of Clinical Services and/or VP of Operations, when appropriate. Metrics include but are not limited to:
  
• In-bound metrics/warm handovers and out-bound metrics/follow-up with members are managed within the targets laid out for the program (SLA Concerns).
• Clinical outcomes, as identified by the SOW and KPI’s, are accurately recorded in a timely manner
• Nutrition consults are performed within the consult structure and metrics outlined in the KPI’s.
• Ensure appropriate Actionable Insights reporting and escalation
• Consistently capture food ratings feedback and data 

Training & Development:

• Train operations team members on program workflows to deliver a seamless member experience
• In collaboration with the clinical operations team, ensure the development and delivery of nutrition education content, as required for the programs, and on-going updates/improvements, as needed.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring and implementing best practices for customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and company procedures and policies.
• Work with the Director of Clinical Services to ensure any food recall events pertaining to the program are managed in 100% compliance with the Food Recall SOP.

Problem-Solving:

• Address and resolve escalated member issues promptly and effectively, with appropriate documentation.
• Manage logistics with food vendors to ensure successful delivery, with particular emphasis on managing Tier 3 level triage escalations. 

Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain detailed program reports on team performance, productivity, and operational metrics for senior management review.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the clinical operations team and the member marketing team, and other departments as necessary, to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
• Work closely with marketing to align sales and enrollment strategies with overall business goals.
• Keep the clinical team updated on workflow process updates and improvements through regular Stand-Ups, training and development sessions and team meetings - at all times ensuring the team are working to HIPAA, PHI, ISO 27001.

Qualifications:

Education:

• MS degree in Nutrition, Health administration or health-related field with project management emphasis, or equivalent experience

• Design and Develop Data Pipelines: Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming large volumes of data from multiple sources in real-time and batch modes.
• Data Warehouse Management: Manage, optimize, and maintain the data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability. Oversee the implementation of best practices for data storage, partitioning, indexing, and schema design.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience building and managing data pipelines, data warehouses, and ETL processes.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Expertise in data pipeline tools and frameworks (e.g., AWS Glue, Google Dataflow, Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, dbt).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and their data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala for data manipulation and automation.
• Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and data governance principles.
• Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)

The Role: 

We are seeking skilled Registered Dietitians to join our dynamic and mission-driven team. NourishedRx partners with hospitals and health plans to offer a food-is-medicine program to foster lasting dietary change and improved health outcomes for people with chronic illness and/or diet-sensitive health conditions. Registered Dietitians will advise and counsel members on food and nutrition. They will interact with members to explain the program, assess their dietary and health needs, and develop meal plans for them. They will gauge the effects of these meal plans on each member, promote nutrition education through NourishedRx’s Outreach platform, and keep abreast of the latest research in nutritional and food sciences. They will coordinate with Outreach Associates on meal deliveries with vendors and educate members on nutrition issues.

A Registered Dietitian for NourishedRx will:

• Evaluate meals and meal plans from 3rd party food vendors.
• Develop appropriately tailored meal programs for diet-sensitive health conditions and manage member meal programs. 
• Develop up-to-date, evidence-based nutrition education and outreach materials. 
• Counsel and educate program members with diet-sensitive health conditions.
  
  

Experience / Skills:

• Proof of a current RD or RDN credential throughout tenure with NourishedRx
