The program lasts 6 months. During that time, you’ll receive food deliveries and have access to a nutrition coach and educational resources to support your health goals.

No, there is no cost to you. This program is a covered benefit for eligible members — no copays, no fees, no surprise bills.

To verify your eligibility, you will be required to provide your name, date of birth and health plan Member ID. You will also be required to provide valid contact information.

You will receive 24 weeks of weekly meal kit deliveries, once per week. You will receive communications about these deliveries directly from EatWell.

You will receive your first home-delivered meal kit after completing your intake assessment. You will receive order and delivery notifications for each food order.

No, but you’ll be able to share your input and feedback on the food you receive, and your nutrition coach will use that to carefully select balanced, nutrient-rich meal kits on your behalf.

EatWell partners with a variety of food suppliers, including national and local suppliers, to deliver healthy meal kits.

You will have an opportunity to rate the food you receive throughout the program through surveys, and you can also share feedback with your nutrition coach and wellness associate. The coach you work with will incorporate your feedback into future food deliveries to best meet your needs and preferences.

You will receive delivery notifications through text.

Yes, if you need to pause the program, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our wellness associates are happy to help coordinate any adjustments. Please note that depending on timing, some orders may already be in progress and unable to be cancelled.
