You must be enrolled with BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina.

Members are eligible from childbirth up to 12 months after delivery.

You’ll need your BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Member ID card to confirm eligibility. (Find My ID)

How do I get started?

How do I know if I meet the requirements to get food deliveries?

To qualify, you must:

You need to be part of an eligible BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina health plan.

You must also not meet any of the following exclusion criteria:

Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 or End Stage Renal Disease
Hospice, skilled nursing facility, long-term care facility, or other supportive meal plan
Cancer diagnosis with ongoing chemotherapy and/or flagged for palliative care
Liquid diet
Life-threatening food allergy (may participate with consent)
Insufficient facilities for food preparation, unable to prepare food, or homeless

You’ll need your health plan ID card to confirm eligibility.
