How do I get started?

How do I know if I meet the requirements to get food deliveries?

To qualify, your child must:

be part of an eligible BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina health plan

Your child must also not meet any of the following exclusion criteria:

Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 or End Stage Renal Disease
Enrolled in hospice or live in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care facility, or other facility where meals are provided
Cancer diagnosis with ongoing chemotherapy and/or flagged for palliative care
Liquid diet
Life-threatening food allergy (may participate with consent)
Insufficient facilities for food preparation, unable to prepare food, or homeless

You’ll need your health plan ID card to confirm eligibility.
