Three months of healthy food at no additional cost to you!

The program lasts 6 months. During that time, you’ll receive food deliveries and have access to a nutrition coach and educational resources to support your health goals.

You’ll need your health plan member ID card to confirm eligibility.

No, there is no cost to you. This program is fully covered as part of your Blue Cross and Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan - no copays, no fees, and no surprise bills.

To verify your eligibility, you will be required to provide your name, date of birth and health plan Member ID. You will also be required to provide valid contact information.

You’ll receive a variety of food support over 12 weeks, based on your food preferences, health goals, and needs:

• Weeks 1–2: Two deliveries, each with 15 frozen prepared meals (30 meals total).
• Weeks 3–4: Two deliveries of meal kits, each with 3 recipes (2 meals per kit).
• Weeks 5–12: Three deliveries of groceries, including a cold box, produce, and pantry kits.

You will receive your first healthy home-delivered food after completing your intake assessment. You will receive order and delivery notifications for each food order.

No, but you’ll be able to share your input and feedback on the food you receive, and your nutrition coach will use that to carefully select balanced, nutrient-rich meals, meal kits, and groceries for you.

NourishedRx partners with a variety of food suppliers, including national and local suppliers, to deliver healthy groceries.

You will have an opportunity to rate the food you receive throughout the program through surveys, and you can also share feedback with your nutrition coach and wellness associate. The coach you work with will do their best to incorporate your feedback into future food deliveries to best meet your needs and preferences.

You will receive food order and delivery notifications through email, text, phone - whichever you prefer. We recommend providing your email to make sure you get updates quickly and easily.

Yes, if you need to pause the program, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our wellness associates are happy to help coordinate any adjustments. Please note that depending on timing, some orders may already be in progress and unable to be canceled.

You can only participate one time in a benefit year. Once you complete the program, you will have to wait until the next year to re-enroll.
